ACASA Senior Care Franchise Is Led by a Visionary Executive Team
Passionately Committed to Franchisee Success
President & CEO
As the President & CEO of ACASA Senior Care, this business is personal for me. I founded ACASA Senior Care when my father and grandfather became ill in quick succession and we couldn’t find quality home care to meet their needs. I made the decision to leave the corporate world and start my own senior home care business, which has grown to become one of the largest in California. I’m proud that my business has provided me with a great life for my wife, my four children and our dog, Bruno. In my spare time, I’m an avid Sacramento Kings fan and a foodie, who enjoys cooking and trying new recipes.

Vice President of Client Care
My first and most important connection to senior care is nursing, which I choose 20 years ago and throughout the years working as a nurse I learned a lot about caring for elderly. I have seen how fragile and vulnerable they are, but yet they have lots of strength build up throughout the years that shape them who they are today. To me is heartwarming to see what impact we make in their day to day living at such an important stage of their lives.
I am happily married for 10 years and have 2 children and a dog. I enjoy traveling with my family to learn about other cultures and spend time with my kids. They have taught me a lot about how to be the person I am today.
Vice President of Brand Development
I have a deep connection with senior care because I am dealing with it every day with my 96-year-old grandmother. What families are going through when they talk about their loved ones and the struggle for independence that loved ones deal with while needing help at home is something I understand deeply. The reason I got into this industry is that I saw the opportunity to work in an industry that truly helps families through an emotional time. I’m happily married and have a half whippet/half wiener dog named Joey, I’m also a diehard Sacramento Kings, New York Giants, New York Mets since the age of 7.
Vice President of Operations
As the Director of Operation for our affiliate, it was a natural progression to serve ACASA as the VP of Operation. I’ve spent the last six years in the senior care business. I’m drawn to the life experiences of our clients and how much they have to offer. I also want to be part of the solution to make sure each individual has the choice when it comes to living out their final years. ACASA provides that option so our seniors can live in the comfort of their own home.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and two children, baking and trying new restaurants.
Director of Operations
My connection with senior care started when I transitioned from teaching preschool-aged children to advocating for the rights of residents living in long term care facilities. Seniors are a vulnerable population and I got into senior care to fight for their rights and provide person-centered care. Aging at home provides a sense of safety and comfort. I joined the ACASA team to be a part of a team that offers options to seniors in need of assistance other than being placed in a facility. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at my church.
Franchise Support Executive
My most important connection to senior care is my family. I was very thankful to have my great-grandparents in my life and cherished every moment that I had with them at home. Because of this, I wanted to help make a difference in other people’s lives and give them more opportunities to spend time with their families. I’m very proud to be a part of the ACASA family because I want others to be able to enjoy their moments with their loved ones in the comfort of their own home as well. During my spare time, I love to travel, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time with my family and friends.
